Qui êtes-vous ?

kalamogan: Born in 1960 in Sri-Lanka, Kalamogan Kandasamy is an author who has been living in France for more than 25 years. He worked as journalist for Independent Newspapers Ltd (Srilanka) in their daily newspaper in Tamil language (Thinapathi) and for their weekly magazine Chinamani. Specialized in short stories in Tamil, he writes his poems in French. He held a weekly chronicle of tales for Thayagam for more than 5 years, a newspaper in Tamil published in Canada. Literary approaches of Kalamogan mostly deal with the issues of exile. He is an anti-globalization marxist. His texts are published in various newspapers and magazines in exile. His collection of short stories are published in Tamil and a collection of his poems have been translated into Danish. Kalamogan invites all writers to refuse all rewards dedicated to literary productions, whatever the importance of the institution or body or association attributing those rewards. He is convinced that this conventional system is the germ of a literary bourgeoisie oppressing the imaginative thinking of the poors. From http://www.myspace.com/kalamogan
